Yes, our ACV shots are made with the mother, delivering healthy bacteria, proteins, and enzymes.

Since our ACV is pasteurized, our shots are safe to consume when pregnant. However, we recommend consulting with your doctor to determine a safe quantity and frequency.

The paper you receive in your shipments is FSC certified, 100% recycled, and Ancient Forest Friendly. Our tissue paper is FSC certified and acid-free. Our bottles are BPA-free and recyclable. We are a 1% for the Planet Member, and we are constantly innovating to develop new bottles and packaging that contain less plastic and are less harmful to the environment.

Our shots do not need to be refrigerated. However, we recommend consuming them chilled for optimum taste, and they do need to be refrigerated after opening.

We recommend consuming 1-2 shots per day. Although it depends on your goals, we suggest taking one first thing in the morning to jumpstart your metabolism or before your two biggest meals of the day.

Apple cider vinegar is produced by combining apples, sugar, and water and allowing them to ferment. 

Apple cider vinegar consumption is linked to a wide range of health benefits. To name a few: improved digestion, lower risk of heart disease, stronger immune system, weight loss. Some of these are backed by science, and some of these are anecdotal. What we do know is that consuming it regularly makes us feel good and provides a boost of energy, confidence, and happiness. 

Although frequency of consumption is a personal preference, we recommend incorporating The Good Glow into your daily routine and consuming 1-2 bottles per day to see the best results.
